Will my advent calendar arrive before 1 December?
We cannot guarantee that from a pre-order estimate alone. Check its expected ship window and the delivery estimate at checkout, and allow time for both packing and courier transit.
Are all calendars the same size?
No. Each product card shows the calendar name and size, and the individual product page has the contents and ingredients. Check those details before ordering a gift.
Where does my order ship from?
From our shop in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Your parcel travels within Canada, so there are no import customs fees due on delivery.
When will a Christmas pre-order ship?
Each Christmas pre-order product shows its expected ship window. The current window is late October to early November. If your basket includes a pre-order, we hold the whole order and send it together when that item arrives. Place a separate order for items you need sooner.
How much is delivery?
Shipping depends on the province and order value. Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick start at $10; Quebec and PEI at $15; Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, and British Columbia at $20. Can you guarantee a Christmas delivery date?
