Shipping FAQ's
Q. Where do you ship?
Q. Do you ship to PO boxes?
Q. How much does shipping cost?
We are working around the clock to earn back these volume rates to pass immediately on to you, that being said we have already made some flat rates available:
Ontario: $13.99 | Nova Scotia: $12.99 | New Brunswick: $12.99
Some exclusions may apply: If you live in a remote or hard to reach location, we may need to ask for an additional amount to ship your order. These addresses are very few and far between and the customer is often expectant of the additional charges. (Living on the side of a mountain on a remote island for example! Oh Canada!)

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Average transit times from fulfillment.
Nova Scotia 1-2 days
New Brunswick 1-2 days
PEI 1-3 days
Newfoundland 2-5 days
Ontario 1-3 days
Quebec 1-3 days
Manitoba 2-5 days
Saskatchewan & Alberta 2-5 days
British Columbia 2-7 days
Territories 5-10 days
Orders to P.O Boxes may take longer due to having to ship through Canada Post.
Most orders are packed and fulfilled within 24 hours. Transit times are from when the parcel is picked up by the courier, not from when the order is placed.
Q. Can I order chocolate in the summer months?
We also never ship 'Chocolate heavy' parcels on Fridays to prevent your order sitting in a hot depot over the weekend while the couriers are at the beach! If the weather is extreme, we will contact you about changing your order or placing the shipping on hold until temperatures cool.
We strongly recommend placing items that are melt risk straight into the fridge upon arrival!
Despite the precautions that we take, we cannot accept responsibility for chocolate melting during the warmer months and they are shipped at your own risk. This includes any unforeseen courier delays which are out of our control.
Q. Is it possible my order will freeze in cold weather?
Despite the precautions that we take, we cannot accept responsibility for items freezing and/or damaging the rest of your order during the colder months and they are shipped at your own risk. This includes freezing during any unforeseen courier delays which are out of our control.
Q. Where do you ship?
The Pie Card
- "My husband chucked it in the bin"
- "I can't seem to find my pie card"
- "My dog ate..."
We've heard all of your excuses.
Here is a digital version for the next time you misplace your Pie Card!
Pies (and all of our savoury pastry products) freeze incredibly well! If you are reheating our baked goods from frozen, thaw in the fridge overnight and then follow the heating intructions as normal. (365F for 20-25 minutes).
1) Heating instructions vary by oven, we would reccommend checking after 18 minutes the first time you reheat.
2) All baked goods are already cooked, you are simply reheating.
3) All of our puff pastry baked goods reheat well using these instructions.
4) Please do not reheat pork pies and tell us they were bad, these must be enjoyed cold!
FAQ's Answered by you!
Freezing Pies:
"Has anyone frozen the pies from the British store in Bayers lake? Need to stock up for my dad visiting and wondering if they taste just as good frozen"
