Haribo Starmix Large Carton - 380g

Starmix belongs to the corner shop, the cinema queue and the long car journey where a bag got passed between the front seats and came back noticeably lighter. It is one of those sweets that most British people can describe shape by shape without looking.

Move to Canada and that memory does not move with you quietly. Someone mentions a fried egg sweet, nobody around you knows what they mean, and suddenly you are searching for the real thing late at night. The UK mix is the one people remember, so that is the one people go looking for.

The 380g carton stands up on a shelf rather than slumping in a drawer, and it copes well with being handed round a room. Keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight. It goes to film nights, birthday parties and road trips, and occasionally it makes it home again.

Starmix fans usually have firm opinions about the rest of the Haribo family too, and a British sweets order rarely stops at one carton. Add a bar of something from home and you have the makings of a proper night in.
