Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate Coins In Net - 70g

Chocolate coins are part of the furniture at Christmas in Britain, as standard as the satsuma in the stocking and the selection box under the tree. When the coins are Cadbury, the chocolate inside is Dairy Milk, which is the taste most British people grew up on.

Plenty of people in Canada found these in the toe of their own stocking as children and want their kids to find the same thing on Christmas morning. It is a small detail. The small details are usually the ones you miss most when home is a long way off.

The 70g net is light and compact, easy to tuck into a stocking or tie onto a sturdy branch with a bit of ribbon. Keep it somewhere cool and dry, well away from radiators and the fireplace, because foil hides a melted coin until it is far too late.

They sit nicely alongside other Cadbury favourites, a few Dairy Milk bars, a bag of Buttons or a selection box, if you are building a whole British stocking from scratch. Whatever survives Christmas Day ends up in the Boxing Day cupboard, briefly.
